Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

When do I get my photos and video?

Color corrected photos will be uploaded to a Drobox file, or E-mailed within 2-3 business days of the flight session. Video production of aerial footage will normally be completed within 3-5 business days from the flight session. If you requested a produced video with music, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

What does FAA Certified mean?

Commercial UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) operators must possess a FAA Part 107 Certification. Additionally, all equipment used must be registered with the FAA. All flights must be conducted according to prescribed safety rules. Additionally, we obtain Airspace flight authorizations. We abide by all FAA regulations and carry UAS flight insurance.

Can you create a YouTube video for my business?

Yes! If you request a produced video with your services, we will upload a version to YouTube for your review and approval. Upon final approval of your video, we will unlock the video for your use. You are welcome to utilize our YouTube platform to send links, etc., to your video. We will also upload your video to a Dropbox file for your use.

What types of Promotional Videos can you create?

Every client is different, and we do our best to fulfill our clients' wishes. Video duration will vary per project. We offer "Drone only" video, as well as "on ground" video services, utilizing various types of cameras. A general breakdown is as follows; 1. Produced video with text only. 2. Produced video with text and music. 3. Produced video clip with voice-over and music. The client can narate the video if they prefer, or we can do it in our studio. 4. Produced video with live interviews.

What types of Drones do you use?

We utilize DJI Professional Drones. We have equipment for any type of project. We fly the latest technology in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). We utilize professional level 4K cameras that deliver sharp, crisp, high resolution still photos and stunning aerial video of a quality level never before possible. We fly the following DJI Drones; DJI Inspire 2 - Zenmuse X5S Camera DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 DJI Phantom 4 Pro DJI Phantom 4 DJI Mavic Pro We also have the ability to attach a 360º Camera or GoPro utilizing a mounting system. We fly utilizing the latest FPV (first person view) equipment.

What types of "on-ground" cameras do you offer?

We have several camera options. Depending upon the project, we can utilize the highest level Red Epic (RAW) camera to a GoPro 7. Camera options are as follows; • GoPro 7 • Insta360 One X - 360º and VR Camera • VUZE XR - 360º and VR Camera • DSLR Camera - Video Only • ENG Camera • Red Epic (RAW) • JIB - Creates fluid shots

Does it cost more for different types of "on-ground" cameras?

Yes. If your project requires a camera above a GoPro 7, or 360º, there will be an additonal fee per camera. Camera prices include the camera operator, and will vary from approximately $400/day - up to 6 hours for a DSLR camera (video only) to $1,800 for a RED Epic (Raw) camera. Please contact us for availabliity and specific cost breakdowns for your project.

How does your process for Aerial Photography work?

We have a streamlined process; 1. You submit your request for your required services. 2. We review the request, check for area flight restrictions, and if available, we approve it. 3. We contact you to coordinate your aerial photography session. 4. An FAA Licensed Drone Pilot will fly your aerial photography session. 5. 1-2 business days after your flight session, we will email you a link to a Dropbox file containing your images and un-produced video footage (if requested, and you plan to edit yourself.) If you requested a produced video, please allow 3-5 business days for your draft version to be completed. 6. If you requested a produced video, we will upload a draft version to an unlisted YouTube link for your review while we go through the editing process. 7. Upon completion of your project, we will submit a PayPal invoice for final payment. 8. Your media will be delivered without a watermark upon receipt of payment.
