What kinds of books is Soma Fusion Media LLC looking for?
Soma Fusion Media LLC is currently accepting books that specialize in a wide range of Literature (fiction and non-fiction), Commercial Fiction, Photography Books and Periodical Magazines. Various works include all genres of Literature, Poetry, Anthologies, Novellas, Short-runs, Educative, Lifestyle and Children's Books. We hold special interest in niche market non-fictional genres.
We do publish screenplays, children’s books, poetry, collections of essays or newspaper columns, or category fiction such as erotica, romance, science fiction, or spy thrillers to name a few. To gain an understanding of our current line, please review our title list.
We are always eager to find writers who meet our editorial and submission requirements. Thank you for your interest in us. The majority of our titles are nonfiction books for general audiences.
Does Soma Fusion Media LLC accept previously published works?
We DO accept previously published or self-published works as long as you can prove you now hold the rights and are serious about signing with us once you have received an offer.
What will Soma Fusion Media LLC not accept?
Regarding Erotic Novel Submissions
ABSOLUTELY NO incest, pseudo-incest , rape, bestiality, pedophilia, genital mutilation, sexual situations involving underage sex and the depiction of violence against women. You manuscript will be automatically denied from both major retailers (ie. Amazon & Barnes and Noble) and publisher alike. Soma Fusion Media LLC does not condone such acts, and wishes no such involvement. For all others, we accept language profanity in your writing, but within reason.
Submitting the Proposal for non-fictional and fictional works
When submitting a proposal, please note that it may take up to two months for the staff to respond. Works of moderate length—50,000 to 100,000 words or more—always stand a better chance than short works or works of great length. All submissions must be in the English language only.
Nonfiction proposals should include a cover letter (including word/page count and genre), an outline or introduction, up to 30 pages of text (preferably the opening portion), a brief market analysis, and a biography of the writer, including publishing credits and credentials in the field.
Fiction proposals should include a cover letter (including word/page count and genre), a synopsis, the first three chapters (or first 30 pages), and a biography of the writer, including credits and credentials. Please note a submission of your work MUST be complete.
Any works that is found to be incomplete will not be looked at.

Delivery of submission
We accept both e-mail and snail-mail submissions.
E-mail submissions should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please type either “Nonfiction submission” or “Fiction submission (plus title)” in the subject line. Please place a thorough book synopsis into the body of the email and add any supplemental material—including manuscripts, sample chapters, and photos (where applicable)—as attachments.
Snail-mail submissions should be addressed to ATT: Submissions Dept., Soma Fusion Media LLC, 3811 Suitland Rd SE, Washington, DC 20020. Manuscript samples should be typed and double-spaced. Please do not send original artwork; photocopies will suffice. Be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want a response or if you want your material returned. Packages over 13 ounces will not be returned even if they have postage, since they require a special trip to the post office.
